Regardless of the pieces you choose, you can be assured that our furniture will be made to last a lifetime. All of our frames, spring systems and motion mechanisms are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty for as long as you own the furniture. Frame Construction:
Warranted against defects for the life of the product under normal non-commercial use.

Springs:
Warranted to be free from defect for the life of the product under normal non-commercial use.

Cushions:
Warranted for all seat cushion foam against loss of resiliency for the two years. Softening of cushions, which is the result of normal use, must not be confused with loss of resiliency due to defects in construction or materials.

Motion Mechanism:
All mechanisms are guaranteed for the life of the product under normal use. After the second year from the date of purchase, the mechanism warranty covers replacement parts only, not the labour costs.

Leather:
Homeset warrants full grain leather against fading and splitting for five years under normal household usage. Please note that Homeset assumes no responsibility for damage caused by exposure to sunlight, heat or other forms of negligence.
