Seat cushions are constructed with high-density foam wrapped with polyester fibre. An additonal top layer of fibre is applied and wrapped again to make certain comfort and durability are achieved. The back cushions are fiber filled for a soft comfortable feel. The back cushions come with attached zippers, which hold
the cushions firmly in place.
Homeset Interiors has a unique upholstering stage. Each piece is “bench-made” and completed by one expert upholsterer from start to finish to ensure consistent quality every time. A smooth luxurious appearance is achieved
by carefully padding throughout each piece. Front edges are made with 1 1/2” wedge foam topped with ½” held
down with a row of buttons to give the seat cushions a sunken look and to keep cushions in place.
Sewing is an integral part of the entire process. This is where all pieces come together. First quality bonded nylon threads are used to incorporate a double stitch (or baseball stitch) technique. The seam is further backed with
cotton binding for added strength and reinforcement. |
